What is a loyalty program?
We value our customers and want to reward you for returning back each and every time. Our loyalty program is an easy way to earn points and save more! Earn 3.2% back for each order that you place with us.
How do I join your loyalty program?
Joining our loyalty program is easy. If you have a registered account on our store, then you have to do nothing. All registered users are automatically enrolled. If you don't have a registered account, simply register for an account the next time you shop and you will be enrolled in our loyalty program.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every dollar that you spend once you have registered with an account on our store.
How do I redeem points?
Your points are automatically added to your account after each previous order has been completed. This means that the next time you shop with us, your store credit will be ready and waiting for you at the check out (please just be sure to log into your account before you check out, otherwise our system has no way of knowing who you are and if you have credits on your account). We want to make it easy to earn your loyalty!
How does your loyalty program work?
Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend with us. Each point is worth 3.2%. After each order has been completed, then 3.2% of your order (excluding taxes and any shipping charges) will be added to your account balance, to be automatically applied on your next order.
Do my points expire?
No, your points never expire!
Important Information:
- Reward points are available to registered online members only.
- Remember to sign in when ordering online so you don't miss any reward point opportunities.
- Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or delivery.
- Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points may only be redeemed for purchases and have no cash value.
- Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
- Members must be 18 years or older.
- Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.
- We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
- Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
- Unused points never expire.
- Accrued points for package bees, queen bees and 5 frame nucs will be added to your account after the order has been picked up / shipped.

Colony Cash Rewards Rules & Regulations
Colony Cash Rewards membership and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Lappe’s Bee Supply, so Lappe’s Bee Supply reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership for any reason. We also have the right to change, limit, modify or cancel any program rules or regulations at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated. Lappe’s Bee Supply may also change rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting points without notice. The accumulation of points does not entitle members or any other entity to any vested rights with respect to Lappe’s Bee Supply, the Colony Cash Rewards program benefits or value.
If your customer account is closed for any reason, your membership in the program will be terminated and the total balance of your accumulated points forfeited. Membership in the program will be automatically continued each year, unless you notify us of cancellation. Retroactive credit may not be given for purchases made prior to enrollment.
There is no fee to participate in the Colony Cash Rewards program, ever! We appreciate all of our customers, and this program is our way of saying Thank You, and don't believe that the customers should have to pay for it! For each $1 spent, we will give you 3.2% back to use on future purchases. For example, a $100 purchase will earn $3.20 credit.
Redeemed points and account credits are not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash, credit, or other points, and may not be combined among program members, or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a member’s estate, and may not pass to member’s successors and assigns. Accrued points and their related account credits do not constitute property of the member. Accrued points and their related account credits are not transferable by the member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.
Points earned through participating in this program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability connected with the receipt or use of points is the responsibility of the member. This program is void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. Lappe’s Bee Supply has no other obligation with respect to the program beyond those described herein. Points can be earned and redeemed on all products, although Lappe’s Bee Supply reserves the right to edit the exclusion list of products that are allowed to be purchased using Colony Cash Rewards credits.
