All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a return authorization form!
Please use the following form to contact us regarding all returns and exchanges. Please leave us information in the Question / Comment box regarding if it is a return or an exchange, and what product is desired if an exchange is needed. We will get back to you with a return authorization within 1-2 business days. We are not able to accept any returns back without prior approval from Lappe's Bee Supply in the form of a return authorization!
