Thank you for selecting Lappe's Bee Supply as your woodenware supplier. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which is why we offer a guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. This guarantee applies to all unassembled beekeeping woodenware purchased from Lappe's Bee Supply, including hive bodies, honey supers, and frames.

If you experience any assembly issues related to fit or cut, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. To initiate a claim, simply reach out to us and provide detailed photos of the issues you are experiencing. If we determine that the problem is due to manufacturing processes, we will gladly provide a replacement at no charge to you. Any damages that occur during shipping will be covered under our damaged shipment insurance. 

  • For unassembled woodenware, we recommend assembling it soon after receipt, as moisture levels in the wood can fluctuate over time and may affect the fit. If you encounter any issues with assembly or fit, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. (Receipt time is determined by shipping company's tracking information)

We're sorry, but we are not able to cover:

  • Issues due to modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Damage from improper use
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidental damage during assembly
  • Damage caused by use of products that are not the LBS brand
  • Any products received more than 30 days ago

What are the steps for filing a claim?

  1. Contact us by emailing our customer service team at honeybeehelpers@lappesbeesupply.com, or give us a call at (641) 728-4361 and report the issue to one of our friendly customer service representatives.
  2. Provide any information requested by our team. If needed, they will instruct you to send pictures. 
  3. Once received and processed, in the unlikely event that it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, to return the product(s) to us.
  4. Once we receive the defective product(s) back, we will send out a replacement.
